Sheila, has been the best councilor I have ever had. A lot of the things I am going through with my kids shes told me she has had some similar issues. So she knows exactly what I feel. She helps me so much in my daily life, and even a little with my husband and I relationship. She is such an amazing person and I respect her dearly.

My counselor Sheila Adams is one like i never had before. She really listens. She helps me see different ways to understand what is situation is and how many ways to cope and find a outcome with it. I really feel as if i can trust her and trust that she knows how to help me.

Sheila is an excellent therapist. I’ve spoken with quite a few over the years and Sheila is the first therapist I’ve spoken to that has made me feel supported and understood. I’ve been making progress with her help and I’m extremely grateful to be working with her.
