Sheila has been great getting me through a stressful experience in a short amount of time. She has helped me develop tools to find the positives in things.
Sheila is so great! I very much appreciate her sessions.
Sheila Adams is the best counselor I have ever had.
Great and attentive. Keeps coming back to check up. Feel at ease with her
Sheila is really good at listening. I have some really complicated things to say, and I'm not even sure if they're true; but she listens, takes them seriously, and --- most importantly --- asks questions that I haven't thought of myself. :-)
Shelia works hard to give you real world solutions to real problems. I have been having difficulty sleeping for over five years, and after a few lifestyle changes this has changed. She doesn't "beat around the bush" and will tell you like it is without losing her therapeutic and caring tone/personality. I look forward to my sessions with Shelia as I feel like I continue to grow and improve with her guidance.
Sheila has been a major part of my healing process! She has helped in so many aspects of my life, from anxiety to releasing tension from day to day stresses! She is easy to talk to and checks in on my progress too! I think everyone should try therapy, and BetterHelp is a great start!
My counselor Sheila Adams is one like i never had before. She really listens. She helps me see different ways to understand what is situation is and how many ways to cope and find a outcome with it. I really feel as if i can trust her and trust that she knows how to help me.
Sheila is an excellent therapist. I’ve spoken with quite a few over the years and Sheila is the first therapist I’ve spoken to that has made me feel supported and understood. I’ve been making progress with her help and I’m extremely grateful to be working with her.
