I honestly hate counseling. I have had so many and I just stop going. But Sheila makes it fun. She really helps me with all my concerns. She listens to me. I also am way more comfortable typing my feelings through out the week. I feel very comfortable with her to be able to have a video or call session with her. I hate talking to people. She makes me feel comfortable and confident to be able to talk to her. I would highly recommend her. She also understands how difficult it is for me with my two kids. She understands why I can't always make it to our sessions. I really appreciate Sheila, she has helped me so much. Thank you.
