About me

As a licensed clinical therapist in New Mexico, as well as a Registered Art Therapist, and an active Registered Nurse, I specialize in supporting individuals through complex life challenges with clients of all ages with professional and personal experiences with posttraumatic stress, depression, anxiety, and clients with neurodivergent issues which may affect every aspect of living a well balanced life. My approach is deeply compassionate and tailored to each person's unique journey. I have extensive clinical experience helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and addiction.

My therapeutic work focuses on using multiple evidenced-based modalities, including art therapy, mindfulness, and positive psychology to empowering individuals to rediscover self-love, overcome isolation, and find meaningful life purpose. I provide supportive care for diverse experiences including women's issues, caregiver stress, domestic challenges, and transitions like divorce and postpartum adjustment.

I understand the profound courage it takes to seek support and create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences. Drawing from evidence-based practices, I help individuals develop resilience, heal from past wounds, and cultivate healthier emotional patterns.

My practice welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, with particular sensitivity to Christian perspectives, LGBTQ+ experiences, and the nuanced needs of older adults. Whether you're struggling with social anxiety, processing trauma, or seeking personal growth, I'm committed to walking alongside you with empathy and professional expertise.
