I am a Licensed Professional Counselor & Addictions (LADC-S) Counselor-that has worked in the fields of addiction, corrections, social work and mental health recovery for 14+ years, providing clinical services in a wide array of settings. As a therapist, my goal is to empower clients to build fulfilling, values-rich lives. I work with individuals and couples in recovery (The Gottman Method Certified Levels 1&2).
We will work together to develop insight, identify personal values, and implement skills that will foster growth. I use an integrated approach including; Gottman Therapy, Adlerian, Schema Based, Solution Focused, Cognitive Processing, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory-Informed, Mindfulness and other skills based therapies/interventions to support learning, symptom management.
