About me

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory designation (LPCC-S) in Ohio, with a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling and a Master of Education in School Psychology. My work focuses on helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

My counseling style is warm, direct, practical, and collaborative. Sessions are tailored to the individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Treatment may include cognitive-behavioral strategies, psychoeducation, structured reflection, coping and regulation skills, values clarification, and practical steps that can be applied outside of sessions. When faith is important to a client, Catholic/Christian faith integration can also be incorporated into counseling at the client’s request.

A strong therapeutic relationship should provide both support and room for honest growth. My role is to help identify patterns, understand what is contributing to current concerns, build useful skills, and develop realistic steps toward meaningful change while treating each person with respect, compassion, and dignity.

Beginning counseling can feel like a significant step. The goal is to create a space where concerns can be approached at a manageable pace while building greater clarity, confidence, and the skills needed to move forward.
