About me

Ohio-licensed LPCC-S therapist with 35 years of clinical experience guiding adults through anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, relationship strain, life transitions, and identity shifts.
I specialize in supporting Christian women who seek both psychological depth and faith-sensitive care. When explicitly requested, I thoughtfully integrate Biblical wisdom with evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT.
My style is direct, structured, and deeply compassionate. I help clients identify patterns quickly, build practical tools, strengthen emotional regulation, establish healthy boundaries, and cultivate sustainable self-leadership.
Clients often describe me as grounded, honest, and solutions-oriented. I listen carefully, challenge where growth is needed, and walk alongside you with clarity and resilience as you move from feeling overwhelmed or stuck into a more stable, intentional, and healthy life.
If you are ready to build that path, I am here to help you create it.

Stephanie has worked with me on and off for just under 2 years. She’s been wonderful to work with, has so many different types of resources, and LOVES to talk about Jesus! 10/10 would recommend to anyone that is looking to smile and put Christ first in their life again!

Stephanie has been an incredible therapist. I held myself back from starting therapy for a while, but I’m so grateful I finally did. The calmness and relief I feel after each session with her has made such a difference in my life. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and has also supported me in my faith journey. I truly appreciate her guidance and care.
