Stephanie Cummings, LCMHC
About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina with more than four years of experience providing therapy to clients across the lifespan. I have experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, depression, family conflict, parenting challenges, and life transitions.
My approach to counseling is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. I emphasize active listening, validation, and building a strong therapeutic relationship while helping clients identify unhelpful patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting changes.
I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical, helping clients gain insight, improve emotional well-being, and strengthen their ability to manage life’s challenges with greater confidence and balance.
