I was working with Stephanie for almost a year, messaging daily for several months and eventually every other week / taking a break (this is a good thing!). She did a fabulous job addressing my needs, sharing helpful resources, responding thoughtfully to my novel-length messages, and being an all-around attentive, personable provider. I appreciated her questions and perspective to my thoughts, and I'm so proud of my growth during this time! It's been like night to day! I can't recommend Stephanie enough.
Stephanie is excellent!
Stephanie is exactly the kind of professional I wanted to be matched with. Not only did she help validate my childhood and help me process old wounds, but she also gave me strategies for the present and future anxieties I have. Thank you for everything you do, Stephanie!
