Stephanie Sarafinas, LPC
About me
I'm a therapist with experience supporting clients through a wide range of life challenges. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and the complexities of major life transitions. My practice focuses on helping clients address communication difficulties, social anxiety, isolation, and the emotional weight of caregiving responsibilities.
I'm particularly skilled in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum experiences, and midlife transitions. I also work with clients managing mood disorders, panic attacks, chronic pain, workplace stress, and family dynamics. Additionally, I have experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum differences, traumatic brain injury, and visual impairments.
My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to build meaningful change. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking greater clarity about your life's direction, I'm here to help you move forward with confidence and purpose.
