I've graduated with my Ph.d from Robert Morris University focusing on improving quality of life for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). I received my masters in clinical counseling from Waynesburg University. I've worked with all ages from preschool, school age , young adults and adults. I enjoy supporting individuals transition from childhood to adulthood. I've work directly with coaching parents with behavioral modification with children. In addition, I have worked with adults with history of trauma from abuse/neglect/ptsd.
My counseling style is client centered. I believe everyone has a story to be told and will help you write it. I am grounded in humanistic counseling and pulls from other techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy or dialectical behavioral therapy.
