Stephanie is one of the best therapist I have ever met in my life.

She is supportive and caring, always ready to talk to be and support me during my downtime and work with me through my problems.

Stephanie has helped me to find and understand myself within a year and communication skills and I know she will help many others who are facing the same issues.

Stephanie is a amazing counselor. She goes above and beyond to help you. She always sends more material that will help you achieve your goals in what ever they may be. She brings a great sense of humour to the table which I found just makes it easier to talk to her

Stephanie has been really great, I am not the best with keeping up because I am so busy and she goes out of her way to always check on me, and/or send me bits of advice she thinks may help me

Stephanie is warm and friendly, which puts me at ease and makes it easy to open up. She is attentive and insightful. Just after a few sessions I already feel like I am learning so much about myself and moving in a positive direction. She is straightforward and honest, and is able to share experiences that help me feel like I am not alone in my experience. I am happy and grateful to have her help.

I enjoy Stephanie's easy going demeanor and sense of humor while we rummage through my crap. She always has a different perspective that she willingly offer and a witty quip that she can use to lighten the mood. However, she can also be very serious as the situation calls for. I'm finding my therapy very effective and easy thanks to her.
