I have been to a couple of different therapist, each were not bad in any sense but they didn’t quite understand or listen to my needs the way Stephanie does. She listens thoroughly and always suggests things that help me overcome the problems I am facing. 10/10 recommend her as she has helped me more in a couple of weeks than anyone else has been able to.

Stephanie listens to me and helps me come up with goals and steps to take to achieve them. Stephanie is relatable and gives me a different perspective to look at situations. She is helping me heal from difficult things in my life and learn how to change from unhealthy coping behaviors.
