I also treat many people who have experienced domestic abuse (intimate partner violence), family violence, mood dysregulation (anger management/other emotional disturbances).
My therapy style is strength-based and being interactive. My intentions are to make you feel safe, respected and compassionate. This is about you; there is no relevancy for judging or labelling. I will tailor your goals and treatment plan to meet your needs. My therapeutic modality is an integrative approach, which is meeting the patient where they’re at through cognitive-behavioral therapy, talk therapy, DBT, EMDR, and rational-emotive therapy.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Sursatie Chetram. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
The best therapist I’ve ever had. She listens, breaks down the psychological aspects & even the neuroscience- she is absolutely great.
Dr. Chetram is very professional in her approach which makes me feel that I'm in safe hands. She listens carefully, take notes, and reflects back to me what I overlook. I would highly recommend her as a therapist.
Incredible therapist! Truly cares about her patients.
Dr. Chetram is extremely great at what she does. She finds a way to connect beyond words & actually can give me a pragmatic understanding of what I’m trying to comprehend. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to be better understood.
