Susan a wonderful therapist who has made me feel seen and heard over these last few months. She’s helped me work though some past trauma while helping me challenge my thoughts on more current negative experiences. I recommend her to anyone who wants a therapist that clearly puts in effort and time to understand their clients.

I feel heard and seen and the sessions flow in a natural way. She also sends me relevant resources. Our sessions are a solid, reliable part of me week amidst some pretty big, tumultuous life events.

I came to Susan in a very unstable time as I left an abusive relationship. She has been nothing but helpful and positive and encouraging. She gives me worksheets to help me process my thoughts and I love the resources available through BetterHelp.
