I came to Susan in a very unstable time as I left an abusive relationship. She has been nothing but helpful and positive and encouraging. She gives me worksheets to help me process my thoughts and I love the resources available through BetterHelp.

Though we haven't had many chances to meet yet, she has made my first attempt at therapy a very safe and comfortable experience. She went above and beyond finding resources for me right from day one.

I have worked with Susan a couple of sessions and she is great. A great listener who listens to details, recaps them in our next sessions, and focuses on the areas to better yourself in. She has provided me worksheets that apply to my problems which has allowed me to reflect on many general life situations.

I was nervous about trying therapy for the first time. Susan was so helpful and calming. In our first session I walked away with tools to help myself.
