I cannot say enough positive things about Susan and the impact she has had on my healing journey. After experiencing a deeply traumatic event and struggling with PTSD, I found myself navigating emotions, fears, and challenges that often felt overwhelming. From our very first session, Susan created a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where I felt heard, understood, and respected.
Susan has an incredible ability to balance compassion with practical guidance. She has helped me develop tools and coping strategies to manage my PTSD symptoms while also encouraging me to process my experiences at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Her patience, empathy, and professionalism have made a tremendous difference during some of the most difficult moments of my life.
What I appreciate most is that Susan never makes me feel rushed or pressured. She meets me where I am, celebrates my progress, and gently helps me work through setbacks without judgement.
Healing from trauma is not a linear process, but having Susan in my corner has made me feel less alone and more hopeful about the future. Her dedication to her clients and genuine care for their well-being is evident in every session.
Thank you, Susan, for helping me find strength, hope, and healing during one of the most challenging chapters of my life. ❤️

Looking back at my growth since I began working with Susan, I am so grateful to have found her. She's helped me to see and radically accept many things that I was blind to before she helped guide me and open my eyes to the traumas I was ignoring.

I was nervous going with a woman therapist at first (yes I am female), because I don't really like or click with females. My therapist is different, she listens, she responds, she's completely honest and does not sugar coat anything and l love it. I can tell she actually wants to help me and it's more than I could ask for. I got lucky finding her. People have noticed big changes in me since I started almost a year ago, I recommend her to anyone that actually wants help and not have someone that nods there head and agrees to spare your feelings. Five star from me.
