I have more than 30 years of experience working with people from all walks of life. I am both honored and humbled that so many people have allowed me to work with them, and from them, I have grown personally and professionally in so many ways. I believe providing care that is sensitive and compassionate, while also working for solutions and/or resolutions that improve happiness and quality of life. I believe counseling is a team effort, but that you, the client, is the most important person on the team. I support client choices and self-determination while using evidence-based practices for best results!
Currently I live with my husband and 5 fur babies, enjoy my two children and four grandchilden, traveling, and my many hobbies!
