Together, I believe we can identify and overcome the obstacles that prevent you from living the life you desire. I customize my extensive training to best suit your healing and goals. I combine cognitive behavioral and experiential techniques in working with individuals, couples, children, and families. I approach counseling from a systemic view point and incorporate CBT and solution-focused perspective with the focus on helping clients create solutions to problems they may face.
