Tammy, is super nice & non judgemental. Her guidance is wonderful! She really knows how to help get you through life's challenges . She helps you see things differently with her approach. She is always checking in just to see how you are doing, which is a nice bonus.

Thank you for getting me through a difficult period and to see things in a new light. I needed a shoulder and she listened. She has given me little helps along the way to make life a lot less aggravating.

My therapist has not given up on me even when I have given up on myself over and over again. She listens and also empathizes with my past but challenges me to keep making strides towards moving forward. I am so thankful for this platform as I am not sure I would be able to fit in the schedule of traditional therapy in an office. I have been through a lot of therapy in my past and I was never able to connect with a therapist as much as I do with the one I have now. I am finally starting to see a future for myself where I don't need someone always cheering me on and I might be able to be that person for myself. I am just so thankful.

Working with Dr. McClain has given me an understanding on the importance of the relationship with a therapist. She's always been attentive, patient, and understanding. She's also been great at guiding the conversation and giving space to allow me to verbally process my thoughts. Having a good experience and relationship with her encouraged me to be vulnerable and candid throughout our sessions!
