Tania Griswold, LMHC
About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is grounded in helping you build self-love, improve communication, and find clarity around life purpose and direction.
I specialize in addressing isolation, social anxiety, guilt, shame, and the lasting effects of trauma. I'm also skilled in supporting clients through panic disorder, posttraumatic stress, divorce, body image struggles, forgiveness work, and control issues. Whether you're facing a specific life transition or working through deeper patterns, I'm here to help you move toward healing and wholeness.
I'm fluent in English and Portuguese, which allows me to serve a broader community with cultural sensitivity and understanding.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and person-centered. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to build the tools and insights you need for meaningful change. I'm honored to support you on your journey toward greater peace, connection, and self-compassion.
Looking forward to talk with you.
