About me

I'm a licensed therapist in North Carolina with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. My work spans a broad range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, addiction, and anger management. I'm particularly skilled at helping clients navigate complex emotional experiences and build meaningful connections with themselves and others.

I work with clients across the lifespan, with a special focus on supporting older adults. My approach is grounded in compassion and respect for each person's unique journey. I specialize in helping clients explore self-love, improve communication, address isolation and loneliness, and discover their life purpose. I also support those working through grief, shame, forgiveness, and attachment challenges.

Beyond these core areas, I have experience with a wide range of life experiences—including women's health concerns, workplace stress, family dynamics, caregiver burnout, and major life transitions. I'm equipped to support individuals navigating trauma recovery, relationship difficulties, chronic health challenges, and the complexities of addiction and recovery.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and trauma-informed. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your values and beliefs, and working collaboratively toward the changes that matter most to you. I'm here to provide steady, compassionate support as you move forward on your healing journey.
