I have had a variant amount of therapy and different modalities throughout my life time. I can say with honesty and sincerity that Thamy by far, is one of my favorites. Her ability to listen and then offer a tool to use as guidance to allow oneself to learn, grow and process a situation is incredible. Her approach helps one to tap into our emotions rather than what happened to provoke the feeling. I find this immensely useful as well as it has given me opportunities to heal, to be more mindful and make better decisions that support the overall experience and relationships dynamic. I am so lucky to have found Thamy! I feel like I am in such a welcome space when we are in session. She hears me, and helps guide me to reflect on my actions/emotions. I feel our sessions have really helped me make progress with my anxiety and wellbeing.

I have been working with Thamy for a couple of months. In that time she has helped me untangle my thoughts and feelings and helped me to let go and work on myself. She’s is compassionate but also asks the hard questions. She makes me think and reflect through the assignments that she gives between sessions. Those really helped. She is what I hope that everyone could experience in a therapist!
