Ive had the best experience with Ms. Thomasin! Shes such a great listener and will give input as needed to bring a lot of insight. Shes really good at suggesting new perspectives and really digging into past trauma to bring clarity. I highly recommend her especially for changing negative thoughts into positive ones. Shes helped me understand how emotions are natural and has given me a better understanding of self care.
