About me

As a licensed therapist in Missouri, I bring 17 years of dedicated experience supporting individuals through complex life challenges. I have worked with individuals, families, and groups in my practice and clients of all ages.

I feel that many people have periods in their life when things get tough. Therapy should be a safe place to explore their options and to get non-biased feedback and clinical guidance in navigating those challenges. I strive to always recognize that the client is the expert on their thoughts and to allow clients to work at their own pace, while gently providing encouragement towards their goals.

I recognize that stepping into a new situation is difficult, and I want to sincerely acknowledge the strength you've shown by taking the first step by looking for a therapist to work with. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I’ve always wanted to get into therapy, but was always afraid of connecting to a therapist. Tiffany has made it seamless. She treats me like someone she’s known for years. I value her opinions and outlook on any issue I have. I’m extremely greatful for her!
