Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Tiffany Murray. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in the mental health field. I am here to help you cope and challenge any issues related to relationship issues, anxiety, depression, parenting struggles and more. Let me partner with you in your transformation to become an even better version of yourself. It can be so difficult to take on the world and multiple roles that society places upon us as parents, partners, employees, friends, etc. I am here to help process, and provide tools to you that will help you face all barriers!
Forming a solid therapeutic relationship is key. It is important to me that all of my clients see me as reliable and supportive through this process. I use a variety of therapy methods including Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and CBT therapy. I tend to adjust my therapy approach based on feedback from clients, and through trial and error. I am trauma informed, and see the strength and courage in everyone who has continued to live, despite how challenging life gets.

I have always tried to take care of myself. Now, past the halfway point of my 30s, I feel plateaued on what I can do with certain aspects of inner peace and personal growth. Tiffany has managed to provide gentle, but highly accurate guidance, where and when I have needed it. She isn't just a sounding board or human being filled with old platitudes. She's a highly intelligent individual that understands people. I look forward to seeing how much further I can go in my therapy with her.

Tiffany has been a great help. I came to her at ine of my lowest points and she really took the time to figure things out and make suggestions to better myself, my outlook and preceptions, and most importantly, my deepest relationships. One of the things I respect most is how she challenges me on viewpoints that are often unhelpful when trying to create a happy, healthy marriage.

I don’t know how I would have managed in the last weeks without Tiffiny’s support and expertise. She has helped me through an incredibly difficult time with my job and provided wonderful insights and suggestions along the way. I would highly recommend (and already have) to anyone struggling with life’s issues. Keep up the awesome work!!

Tiffany has helped me learn things about myself and my relationship to the world/my world that I wish I could've known sooner. She has supported me in taking necessary steps toward growth and firmly, but genuinely helped me open my eyes to pain points to actively work to improve them! We've had consistent sessions for about 9 months and I can say I've grown more confident, aware and at peace in areas of concern that I had prior to working with Tiffany. She is definitely someone I wish I could've have found sooner and know that I would've been far further along with her insight!
