Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself. I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed addictions counselor who has additional specialized training in integrated trauma treatment including an evidenced based practice called EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I have been working with and supporting adults and adolescents in individual and group therapy for the last 15 years. I have extensive experience, expertise and training in trauma-informed evidence based practices. Throughout my practice I have partnered with individuals who are overwhelmed and have found themselves in challenging life circumstances simply due to the ups and downs that life has thrown their way and the resultant anxiety, depression, grief & loss, substance use and/or trauma.
I am committed to providing a safe, holding space for individuals who are struggling to feel seen, heard and honored. My goal is to be certain that your voice is heard and that you are able to honor your strengths and see your way to the other side of life's challenges. With your permission, it is my goal to assist you in developing coping skills to deal with your current challenges and those you may encounter in the future. I look forward to walking alongside you as you become the strong, confident person you were always meant to be.
Thank you again for letting me introduce myself. You have taken a very big step by reaching out. I would be honored to support you on your journey.
“Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says I'll try again tomorrow.”

After only 2 sessions I already feel so comfortable and happy!
Tiffany is an excellent listener. She provides a variety of coping skills. I highly recommend her.
The best therapist I have ever worked with, period. And I've worked with a lot, far too many who did not understand my dynamics and complexities. I have a tough exterior but Tiff saw through it in the nicest of ways. Never have I felt awkward or ashamed to tell her anything at all. That kind of trust is rare. Very rare in this day of clinical textbook psychology where formulas and meds dictate the end result. Not here. If one approach doesn't resonate with me, we try another. The multifaceted therapist is often more a quack than a helper. Again, not here. Shame and vulnerability are accepted as a process of life, not as a wall to be struck up against time and again.
Tiffany is the first therapist I have felt comfortable with in over 10 years. She’s the kind of person who listens to everything you have to say; and even if it’s jumbled and confusing, she knows how to bring you back to earth. I have left every session feeling like I have really accomplished some self-work.
Tiffany is extremely knowledgeable and really listens. She is caring and supportive and has been a lifesaver in terms of supporting me as a partner of a sex addict. Thank you for walking alongside me on this journey.
Tiffany has been extremely helpful in getting me through a divorce I never thought would happen. She is supportive and caring plus she has some coping techniques that I really needed.
