Hi, I am a Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience. I have treated the most difficult mental health conditions as well as some of the most common, such as anxiety and depression. I have worked with all age groups and truly appreciate the courage it takes to seek help in a trusting relationship. I'm a firm believer in the use of evidenced based practices and also place crucial importance on the value of the therapeutic relationship where true healing takes place. I like to be very interactive with those I work with and regularly prescribe healthy homework activities that can be done alone or with a support person.
