I’ve had a few therapists through BetterHelp and other agencies and she is the one who I feel most confident in. She listens, analyzes the issues you are presenting, and helps to push yourself to think through things from all angles. She challenges you to really find yourself and offers resources for further work. Her greatest asset is identifying the problem set I’m presenting and helping to work through it.
