About me

I am dedicated to helping adults and youth navigate healing, emotional regulation, and personal transformation with compassion and depth. Healing is not linear, but gaining understanding towards connecting with your pain, releasing tensions from the body, and knowing how to care for yourself is grounded and teachable process. There is no source outside of you for this, I will help you find it's all within. The journey begins with sitting within discomfort and gaining awareness on how to rise from that to a sense of beautiful freedom. My goal is to ensure clients feel safe, informed, and empowered through this journey.
