Tracey Julius, LCSW, LISW-CP
About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience in various settings. I am dedicated to supporting clients by fostering a collaborative, trusting and empathetic environment.
Approaches are always personalized! I utilize evidence-based and integrative modalities: CBT to help clients identify and change negative thought patterns, solution focused therapy to set and achieve short term goals, mindfulness-based techniques to enhance present moment awareness, person-centered therapy to foster a supportive environment and psychodynamic approaches to explore unconscious processes influencing behavior.
My goal is to help you identify challenges, improve coping and determine the next steps toward meaningful, lasting change.
