Tracey is very supportive counselor. I am grateful I have her as my first counselor with Betterhelp in my difficult time. We clicked right away. She’s been on my shoes so she can relate in guiding me.
I am looking forward to have her walk me through my journey so I can be at better place, free, and happy
I just started my sessions and I already feel a positive difference with my mental health. Tracey is a great listener and I’m grateful she is my therapist. I can’t wait to continue feeling better. I’m reclaiming my mental power. I appreciate that Tracey checks in on me throughout the week on top of our sessions.
Tracey has been wonderful to talk to. She always responds to my journal entries and I felt like our time on FaceTime was very beneficial. She explained things to me in a way that was easy for me to understand and gave me homework, which I really liked.
Tracey has amazing energy, and offers so much. She’s a great listener, but she also shares her life and experience with you - and that’s helpful because having mental health triggers or things we feel we bottle up, can be so lonely. To hear someone talk about their struggles starts to breakdown that loneliness and that isolation. She offers actionable advice and checks in to see where it’s being applied and to see if other things are coming up that need attention.
This is my first time trying therapy/counseling and I found even after the first session it has helped. My counselor checks in on me throughout the week and always wants to be updated if I'm struggling.
Tracey has been lovely, and has helped me feel better about myself.
Tracey is lovely, warm and understanding. She has a unique ability to make me feel comfortable, understood. She has been an immense help for me.
Thank you for the frequent check-ins! I appreciate the more conversational and casual nudges and guidance that Tracey provides. Make the journey more self reliant versus counselor dependent.
Tracey is a very personable counsellor that understands how deal with relationship issues. I have enjoyed my sessions with her.
Very proactive with messaging and timely.
