I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado with over 10 years of experience in prodiving direct mental health and behavioral counseling. I have worked with a diverse population of clients with varying diagnoses ranging from mood disorders, personality disorders, and thought disorders with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career and life challenges, anger management, and ADHD. I also helped many people through crisis management and with everyday stressors.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach is goal directed and client-centered. I provide a hands-on practical approach to problem solving through combined modalities of cognitive-behavioral, positive psychology, and rational-emotive counseling. We start where you are and work towards the goals you want to achieve. I look forward to working with you and guiding you in meeting your therapeutic goals.

Tracey has made me feel incredibly comfortable to talk to. It’s taken me decades to finally feel comfortable enough to talk to someone and truly discuss some unresolved issues. Thank you Tracey!
