I like tracy, it’s only my second session. So far so good!

Tracey Van Dyke is wonderful. She is calm, insightful, and knowledgeable. I find that our sessions are extremely productive and gives me actionable items to use, panda, and reflect on immediately after a session and throughout the week.

The assessment on BetterHealth has to be a very thoughtful process because it did match me with a Therapist that I feel as if I can achieve the goals i have set.

She is a 10 out of 10 for me.

Tracey is the best! She listens very well and gently guides you towards the things you need to reflect on. Therapy with her doesn’t feel like work, it feels like a conversation with an old friend that helps to point you in the right direction.
