Tracey is the best therapist I’ve ever had. Others felt disconnected or not really listening or looking for behavioral queues or why I’m acting a certain way or saying particular things. She is very intuitive and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Over the years, I have worked with some wonderful therapists. However, words cannot adequately convey the degree of effectiveness, understanding, empathy,
active collaboration and helpful understanding that Tracey Van Dyke consistently demonstrates. She has become an integral part of my growth as a human being, and I am extremely grateful to work with her.

I always feel heard and seen and listened to, and she has given me many different resources to help me learn and grow through everything I have been struggling with. I have felt supported and seen and also challenged throughout my time working with her - which is exactly what I need. Thank you Tracey!

The rare combination of empathy, professionalism, experience, and responsiveness is what makes Tracey such an effective therapist. Her ability to make my individual feelings, thoughts, and actions both interpretable and accountable really guided me though one of the toughest crisis of my life. She compassionately and truthfully shares where the hard work is required to grow, and also provides a professional perspective on progress or decline - fully embracing that idea that wholeness may not come easy, but it is certainly worth it.

Tracey is a fantastic listener and since this is my first therapy experience, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I am someone who is vocal to my friends and family about things I’m concerned with and I wondered how beneficial or different therapy would be than just talking to my loved ones about these things. I quickly saw the value in talking to Tracey and hearing what she had to say and can tell she has experience and is very knowledgeable. Tracey listens and gives solid advice that is actually applicable and she is good at replying to messages. You can tell she really puts her all into her clients and she is really there to help. I have really enjoyed my experience with her so far and she does a fantastic job. I highly recommend, especially if you’re on the fence about therapy I can already say it is worth it.
