About me
I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing a range of emotional and life challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image concerns, financial stress, career transitions, experiences of social injustice, relationship trauma, family transitions, family conflict, and parenting-related concerns.

Throughout our work together, I will provide practical tools, evidence-based strategies, and supportive guidance to help you build skills that promote growth and lasting change. My role is to walk alongside you in the process—offering encouragement, accountability, and a supportive environment as you move toward achieving your goals.
As your therapist, I am committed to helping you recognize and build upon your strengths so that you can become the most authentic and empowered version of yourself. I am passionate about supporting and motivating individuals through compassionate, strength-based therapeutic practices. Dr. Williams helped me ease into talk therapy, with it being my first time I was uncertain of how much it would help. Its been three months and I feel like slowly but surely with the help of or sessions I will recover.
