Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Trenicia Thomas. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I can honestly say working with Trenicia Thomas has been an incredibly positive experience during one of the most difficult and overwhelming periods of my life. From the very beginning, she created a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where I felt comfortable opening up about things I had been bottling up for a long time.

What stands out most is her ability to truly listen while also helping me make sense of what I’m experiencing in a calm and grounded way. She is compassionate, patient, professional, and genuinely invested in helping her clients heal and grow. Even outside of sessions, her thoughtful check-ins and encouragement have made a meaningful impact on me.

I’ve started to better understand the connection between stress, anxiety, emotional overload, and physical symptoms, and for the first time in a while I feel like I’m moving toward healing instead of just surviving. I’m extremely grateful for her support and guidance, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who is caring, insightful, and truly dedicated to their clients’ well-being.

She is very personable and easy to talk to. I was very nervous my first time ever doing therapy and she immediately made me laugh and feel comfortable.

Trenicia is so genuine and authentic. She has the ability to directly vocalize what you struggle with and bring you methods to reduce your mental blocks and struggles. But with her seriousness and directness, she is naturally funny and offers a safe place to be heard. She's great!

Great lady, unfiltered, straight shooter that will tell you like it is. Love that. And she is funny too!

Ms. Trenicia has been a patient, kind and supportive therapist. She pays attention to the details you share and brings to your attention the things you may not always notice on your own through thought-provoking questions. She roots for you, but allows you to come into your own understanding of things. I appreciate her approach and perspective very much.
