About me

I am a licensed professional counselor and certified sex therapist with 10 years of licensure experience. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, I work with a diverse range of clients across the United States and internationally through BetterHelp and my independent virtual practice. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcome individuals and partners of all identities, orientations, cultures, and relationship structures.

My practice is centered on human experiences and the relationships that shape our lives. Healthy relationships can be difficult to build and maintain, whether they involve partners, spouses, parents, children, family members, or other important connections. I help clients strengthen communication, increase understanding, address sexual concerns, and identify barriers that may be preventing them from creating healthier and more fulfilling lives.

I believe our past influences our present, often in ways we do not immediately recognize. Therapy is not about identifying another person’s flaws or trying to force someone else to change. It is an opportunity to understand ourselves more fully, take accountability for our choices, develop grace for our current circumstances and for others, consider how those circumstances may be affecting the people around us, and recognize that there is no single prescribed way to build a meaningful life or relationship.

My approach is direct, empathetic, and grounded in fairness and accountability. I provide a supportive space while also encouraging honest reflection and meaningful action. Together, we will examine recurring patterns, clarify your needs and values, and develop a practical plan for growth.

My niche areas of focus include relationship and communication concerns, sexual health and sexual functioning, intimacy, alternative and nontraditional relationships, anger management, and substance use assessments. My goal is straightforward: to help people become healthier individuals and create relationships in which they can communicate honestly, find common ground, and experience greater connection and happiness.
