These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Trudy Woods. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Trudy has listened and supported, offered her own experiences where appropriate and has ultimately been in my corner when I've had to face some really difficult issues over the past few months. She's helping me come to terms with what I can't change and work through the things that I can in a very respectful, supportive way.
