Since working with Dr. Trosper, I have really noticed a difference in the way I show up and participate in therapy. He’s challenged me to elevate my thought process around what true self care is, which in turn has improved my self confidence and my self worth. I’m grateful to have found him in this time of my life, from dealing with depression and the loss of my mother, transitioning periods, whether it was work or romantic relationships, difficult family relationships, religion, we have pretty much covered it all. He’s very present during our sessions, actively listening and he takes notes!
It took me several tries to find the right therapist, but with Dr. T, I believe I found just that, the right therapist for me.
