About Me

Do you worry often or feel sad most days? Do you have conflict at home, school or/and work? I am available to help you through those challenges. I will listen and help you with writing your story. I will help you to rejuvenate and regain balance in order to THRIVE.

I am a licensed clinical social worker who has experience working with individuals, adults, and families who are facing life’s challenges that includes trauma, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with youth and their families who have experienced violence, depression, bullying, low self-esteem, and family changes.

I earned my Bachelor's degree from Georgia State University and her Master's degree in Social Worker from Clark Atlanta University. I have been in the field of social work for 19 years. Currently, I am licensed in the state of North Carolina and Georgia.

I utilized Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Therapy. I have passionate about seeing you THRIVE; therefore, I would love to be apart of your journey to change your current state. My ultimate plan is to be there every step with you in order for you to experience a balance in the days ahead.
