Hello! My name is Nicole Reed, and I have over 20 years' experience in the mental health world. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in two States. I have successfully assisted children, adolescents and adults who have suffered a traumatic event in their life.
For 12 years of my career, I specialized in helping survivors of sexual abuse and assault. Many people are able to express they feel depressed, anxious, low self-worth, parenting issues, sexual identify, sleep difficulty and grief. For many it is harder to understand how trauma affects and amply those symptoms. Sometimes even harder to admit a life experience was traumatic.
I utilized Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focus Therapy, Trauma-Focus: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Procovery and Mindfulness to help you through this journey.
I believe in healing the mind, body and soul. No matter what you have experienced if you are suffering there is a better way. I look forward to helping you find it.

I Started my sessions with Nicole about 7 months ago and I have made a lot of positive progress. I didn't think I would get this far.
Nicole is a very welcoming person who is patient, caring, and understanding. She's given me a lot of coping mechanisms that have helped me get any anxiety, anger, or fear under control and has helped me change the way I view things. She has also taught me how to recognize any signs for ptsd. I have also gotten a better understanding of the issues I've had to deal with for the longest time.
I definitely recommend her help to anyone that is having a hard time with their mental health and needs somebody there.
