About me
I am a Licensed Profession Counselor with experience working with people from a variety of backgrounds and strive to be both culturally inclusive and trauma-informed. I primarily work with adults and take a holistic approach, which means I believe in addressing concerns in every area of your life. My therapeutic approach primarily draws from a person-centered, strength-based approach, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy and I always cater my approach to the unique needs of each person. My goal is to partner with you and create a safe and supportive space that allows you to address your concerns, improve your overall health and achieve your goals. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and I am here to support and empower you in that process.
