I am delighted to have been matched with Valerie as my therapist. She greatly matches my needs, my personality, and my expectations in a therapist with similar Christian values. Our personalities and beliefs are very much aligned. Valerie has shared multiple appropriate and helpful resources from the very start, even before our first session. She has given me intentional questionaires for me to explore my needs, my natural responses, my deficits as a means to explore areas for focus.
Her breadth of knowledge is astounding! She clearly knows her stuff and is an amazing therapist. She maintains professional boundaries and is very easy to share personal information and highly supportive. I have already recommended her to colleagues.
