I can’t say enough how helpful Valerie was when I was in need. I’d hit a low point, and didn’t know what to do to help myself get out of there. Valerie and I identified the root issues early on in my sessions, and worked from there to find ways that I could be empowered to take back my mind from my frustration and anger and think clearly again. I now have tools with which to continue working on my own. I feel in control of my emotions, and able to deal with whatever comes my way in a positive and productive way.

Valerie has been very helpful on my healing journey. She’s been very insightful and has given me the perspective I need to accomplish the things that I want to in my life and the confidence to do so. I definitely have found a lot of help in our sessions and figuring out that I’m actually doing pretty decent in life. I’m on the right track and doing the things I wanted to be doing by seeking therapy and she is a person and I hope in some way shape or form is never out of my life.
