As a licensed marriage and family therapist and life coach with over 20 years experience, my ultimate goal is to help you uncover your full potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to release negative emotions and resolve challenges in your life that are preventing you from attaining your personal goals. By applying complimentary therapeutic approaches, I share knowledge and skills that will create a more joyful and happy life for both individuals and couples.
