My therapist listens and offers suggestions on ways to manage stress and triggers. She is patient and waits until I finish expressing my self, always ask the right questions, and very understanding.

Val has been my therapist for two months. It' been a vulnerable and exhilarating experience for me. She's an awesome listener and guide. She helps me to tap in and identify the root of my issues. She doesn't give answers; she helps the client find the answers. The worksheets are very helpful. I was apprehensive about having someone so much younger than me be my therapist; but, God knew exactly who I needed. Val is extraordinary.
