I have only had 2 sessions with Vicky so far. She is a strong presence, she is a teammate, she responds to texts, we do our sessions on video, she wants to deal with current stress/depression/ issues & then we’ll uncover things that led to the now, etc. I’m seeing her a 3rd time this week. She is no-nonsense which is fantastic yet she is kind. Only time will tell in what ways she is helping me but I am continuing and I do look forward to our sessions how she encourages me to cope when stressed ,and what she leads me to think about in between with certain worksheets.
