Vicky is an expert and super kind. She asks the right questions to help me get to the root of my concerns or struggles. Shes perceptive and thorough with a super sweet spirit. In just my few months with Vicky I’ve been able to overcome years of hurt and shortcoming— and trust me I’ve had my fair share of therapists. I love that she’s nonjudgemental, helps me see my blindspots and gives me productive and effective action steps to practice/do in between sessions. She’s truly the best and I am so grateful for Vicky.

I have only had 2 sessions with Vicky so far. She is a strong presence, she is a teammate, she responds to texts, we do our sessions on video, she wants to deal with current stress/depression/ issues & then we’ll uncover things that led to the now, etc. I’m seeing her a 3rd time this week. Only time will tell in what ways she is helping me but I am continuing and I do look forward to our sessions how she encourages me to cope when stressed ,and what she leads me to think about in between with certain worksheets.
