Victoria Rutledge, LPC
About me
Are anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship problems making it difficult to feel like yourself? Perhaps you find yourself overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, struggling with confidence, or having difficulty communicating your needs in your relationships. You may know something needs to change, but aren't sure how to move forward.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem and confidence concerns, communication difficulties, and relationship challenges.
I believe you are the expert on your own story. My role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where we can explore what's happening, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical ways to create meaningful change.
I take a warm, collaborative approach and draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques. I tailor therapy to you rather than expecting you to fit into a particular approach.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trying to rebuild your confidence, or wanting healthier and more fulfilling relationships, you don't have to figure it all out by yourself. Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm glad you're here.
