About me

Whenever we reach a point in life where something shifts, on the outside, you may appear to be coping, yet internally feel unsettled, uncertain, or unlike yourself. You may be navigating loss, relationship changes, career uncertainty, relocation, illness, or simply a sense that the person you once were no longer fully fits.

You don’t have to go through this alone.

I offer a calm, steady space for thoughtful people navigating change to pause, reflect, and rediscover their own clarity and direction. I work with adults facing life transitions who want somewhere safe to make sense of what they are feeling, without pressure or judgement.

My approach is warm, relational, and deeply grounded. We work at your pace, offering steady support alongside deeper reflection, helping you reconnect with yourself, regain confidence, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust. Where needed, I can also help you find steadiness in the moment, while allowing deeper understanding and lasting change to emerge naturally over time.

I support clients experiencing grief, relationship endings, identity shifts, relocation, and major life changes, including those living internationally or between countries. Our work may be short-term or longer-term, depending on your needs, and can evolve as you do.

This is your safe calm and creative space. This place is where you can let your guard down, feel fully supported, and gradually release and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels genuine and sustainable.

We’ve just started and this is a completely new experience for me. I was very nervous going into it but Virginia is very kind and attentive and it kind of felt like I was talking to someone I already know. I’m looking to continuing the process and getting the help I need with smoke who makes me feel comfortable to open up about myself.
