Lisa has been such an amazing therapist! I tried therapy before and didn't feel like I was really addressing the issues I was having. After our introductory session, I had already felt like with her support I was going to get to a better place and I have. Totally recommend!

Lisa is an experienced therapist with heart. She listens and gives practical tools to apply in your daily life. I highly recommend her. The only negative is that 30 minutes is way too short. I feel rushed.
