I've only had one session with Ms Blanco but that session was a meltdown for me. Ms. Blanco gave me several techniques to use to calm me down. She listened to me and validated certain things during my session. I will continue to seek therapy with Ms Blanco.

Wanda is already helping me to regulate my nervous system. I have been in a state of fight or flight for as long as I can remember. I feel confident I will be able to handle struggles and emotions in a much healthier way once I can work through some trauma and PTSD. I have only had two sessions, and already I feel more confident in my ability to handle daily life.
