Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Yasmina Robinson. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Ms Yasmina Robinson is one of the lifesavers that followed after my first panic attack in December 2023. I was new to therapy and believed it all to be a myth. The phenomenal change that followed after we started working together on "me" proved me wrong. She helped me execcute the very paradigm shift needed to break my shell and begin the process of unlocking the full potential. Ms Yasmina listens. She makes you feel welcome, and the space with her feels safe. She pays attention, and loops and patches information together to help make sense of things from uniqe perspectives. I was terrified being new to anxiety, panic attacks, and medication. She helped take the component of fear away. I found myself trusting her more than my primary care doctor. She was confident I was headed in the right direction even when I decided to wean off an antidepressant that was making the case worse. She has experience of medication side effects confuse the actual diagnosis.
I was able to lay down serious boundaries in my relationships, push the envelope and step out of my comfort zone, and am watching myself unlock a lot that's still in there.
She says she has no 'fairydust' but I feel she does! It's a mix of genuine concern for her clients and her brilliant personality.
