I had my very first phone therapy session and as someone who has never done therapy I felt very comfortable & heard.

Youri has a beautiful soul and is great to talk to. They give good advice and resources to deal with whatever you may be going through. If you don't like one technique they'll switch you to something else. There are many options and they don't just take one road with you. If you need something from a different basket, you'll be able to get that.

Youri is fantastic! She is really down to earth and personable. Her advice feels grounded and she makes me feel empowered to take more from this life than I’d been allowing myself. She’s a great therapist.
