Yvette is very patient and attentive. She allows me to just talk to get all the feelings or emotions out and then she reels me in helping me to focus and identify what I’m feeling and why. After the feeling or emotion has been identified she works with me in setting a goal for the week (since I’m goal oriented). She also has provided me with other tools or worksheets that have help me to manage by anxiety. Highly recommend. She is truly passionate about her profession.
