I am licensed in Texas with 12 years of professional counseling experience. I have helped clients dealing with issues such as stress, depression and anxiety, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, self-worth, and past abuse/trauma. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support and empower you on that journey.
