Zatascha is an excellent councilor; thoughtful, knowledgeable, warm and compassionate. She is very skilled at pointing out irrational thought patterns that are common with people with Anxiety. She listens well and offers excellent perspectives. I would recommend her to anyone!

I'm still new to both Better Help and Zatascha, but so far it's been going well. She has been very kind and I enjoyed our counselling session. I also appreciate that she's reached out to me when I've been quiet for a day or two. She's provided me with some good resources and reminds me to be kinder to myself.
